There is no cure for Floridian Narcosis. The only treatment is leaving, the only relief is exploring every little part of the state that you can. I’m not sure which is better. Since work had brought me to the sunshine state for over two months in a two-year period, I’ve learned I must attempt the latter, as the former isn’t really an option. And truth be told, when one embraces Floridian Narcosis and learns to explore as a means to cope, the coma really isn’t all that bad.
